Approved customers purchasing on credit agree to the payment terms stated on their invoice. Late payments may result in finance charges where permitted by law, suspension of credit privileges, delayed shipments, and recovery of collection costs.
5. Shipping and International Sales
Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier.
ST&G shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
International purchasers are solely responsible for complying with all import regulations, licensing requirements, customs procedures, taxes, duties, and applicable local laws.
6. Returns and Limited Warranty
Returns require prior written authorization from ST&G. Approved returns may be subject to applicable restocking fees and must comply with ST&G's current Return Policy.
Products are covered solely by the applicable ST&G Limited Warranty. Except for the express warranty provided with the product, ST&G disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ST&G's sole obligation under any warranty shall be, at its discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product.
