Warranty & Maintenance
Coverage: 24-month warranty covering material, manufacturing, and structural defects under normal use. Excludes standard wear, tear, and play.
Requirements: Annual check-ups and yearly replacement of the OTNI 1707 Grit Plate are required to keep the warranty valid.
Single Component Risk: Replacing only the OTNI 17=FEM while reusing an old OTNI 1709 causes accelerated wear. OTN recommends replacing the full connector assembly and voids the warranty for partial component replacements.
Warranty Returns: OTN recommends part returns be sent inside the box it came in as it contains the Part Number and relevant Serial / Lot Number.
Provider Requirements:
Per ABC Scope of Practice and ST&G policy, prosthetists must complete factory representative training and be listed as "Osseointegration Certified" before placing or processing an order. Instruction can be provided prior to order fulfillment.
Open OTN box returns with a broken seal will incur a $45 restocking fee. Open returns are returned to the manufacturer who must evaluate and recertify the item.
This fee does not apply to items eligible for warranty coverage.
